Chalet Silene is an ultra-modern structure strategically located in the centre of Livigno, not far from the pedestrian ZTL and overlooking the cross-country skiing track, just a few hundred metres from the ski lifts and slopes of the Mottolino ski area.

The Vago flat is a modern three-room flat on two levels: on the first level a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a single sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, in the attic a bright double bedroom and a second bathroom.
The flat has a balcony with a view of the mountains and a few extras to enhance your stay in Livigno, such as a private Turkish bath for two, which can be used without limitation, and a characteristic stove. Its capacity for up to 5 people makes it ideal for accommodating two couples or a family with children.
The Paré flat in Livigno can accommodate up to five people in maximum comfort, in a spacious and cosy environment.
On the lower floor is the living area with table, equipped kitchen and sofa, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. The internal staircase gives access to the second level, an attic with exposed beams, where there is another double bedroom (with the possibility of a second extra bed) and a further bathroom with shower. A perfect family solution for a stay in a flat in Livigno, close to the centre and the ski slopes.

We carry out an inspection of the flat, which must be clean, tidy and free of damage. We reserve the right to request payment for the repair of any anomalies found during the check.
All rubbish must be disposed of in the appropriate bins.

The Mottolino cable car, which gives access to all the slopes of the ski area (over 30 km), the Fun areas and the Snowpark, is very close to the chalet: in just a few minutes you are already on skis. For children and novice skiers, there are the ski school camps in the centre, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Chalet Silene overlooks Livigno’s cross-country skiing school, from where you can access the 30 km long and always sunny cross-country skiing ring: it is an excellent opportunity to practise this discipline or to start doing it, even with courses for beginners.
Right in front of the chalet is access to the pedestrian shopping area in the centre of Livigno, a long walk through shop windows and boutiques offering all kinds of goods. Shopping in Livigno is convenient, as it is a duty-free zone.
Just a few steps from Chalet Silene runs the Livigno cycle/pedestrian path, an itinerary reserved for pedestrians and bicycles (with separate lanes) that connects Lake Livigno to the Forcola area, from one side of the valley to the other, and is practicable even in winter.
Livigno offers a wealth of places to eat: restaurants in the centre, mountain huts that can be reached by snowshoeing or by ski lift, and refreshments on the slopes. Try the typical dishes of the local and Valtellina cuisine, starting with pizzoccheri.

Chalet Silene’s flats are located in the same building that houses, on the ground floor, one of Livigno’s best stocked ski, bike and sports shops: Silene Sport. This means that during the winter season you can leave the house and rent skis, boots, helmets, snowboards and sports equipment in no time and in the most convenient way, while in the summer you can rent muscle bikes, e-bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes and accessories and set off on an adventure, dedicating the rest of the day to fun and sport.
Silene Sport offers rental of downhill skis, cross-country skis and snowboards with high quality technical materials and the best brands in the sector, suitable for children and beginners as well as for more expert skiers, with the possibility of renting for several days and convenient prices. Also for those who want to cycle in Livigno we offer rental bikes of all types and sizes, for the whole day or just for a few hours.
